There outside of work
I see her slinking down the sidewalk at a distance.
She's smoking with shoulders bent, lanky and thick.
Her calves and ankles are bare. Thin cloth breezes against her thighs.
Her sunglasses are not on.
She crosses and passes on the other side.
I don't think she saw me.
I saw her.
There outside of work. Where we work.
